About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by achieving enrollment targets for various courses
- Prospect, follow up, and close sales through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp
- Provide customer advisory and identify client needs to offer tailored educational solutions
- Manage and organize databases to ensure clear and timely communication with prospects
- Document all interactions and sales processes within CRM and SAP systems
- Resolve technical issues promptly to ensure high levels of user satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or Commerce (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial activities, telemarketing, or sales management
- Proven experience in negotiation and closing sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and general technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience in coaching, consulting, or managing commercial teams
- Experience negotiating with medium and large-sized companies
