About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect leads through relationship building, visits, and meetings using company tools and market intelligence.
- Execute sales of energy, management, and related services in alignment with company policies.
- Perform economic-financial feasibility studies, reports, and calculation memos to define the best options for clients.
- Generate new business opportunities to increase EBITDA and optimize CAPEX and OPEX.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and excellence in the service experience provided by the Neoenergia Group.
- Interact with internal departments and external institutions to leverage business growth.
- Adhere to company values regarding Health, Safety, Sustainability, and the Environment in all actions and processes.
Requirements
- Completed higher education degree.
- Previous commercial experience in sales.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of free energy market rules.
