About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person customer service at the Shopping SP Market store location
  • Diagnose customer needs and desires to recommend travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, travel insurance, and transfers
  • Utilize sales techniques and promotional materials to sell national and international travel packages
  • Manage customer loyalty through proactive post-sales follow-up and support
  • Work the specific shift from 10:00 to 16:00

Requirements

  • Experience in face-to-face customer service and consultative sales
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, and structure work tasks effectively
  • Proactive mindset with critical thinking skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
