Responsibilities

• Participate in prospecting and diagnostics for new clients, offering support in defining the best products and services
• Develop work plans with clients to achieve optimal results with acquired products
• Plan, execute, and validate deliveries related to strategic, financial, and production planning for client projects
• Prepare and deliver training on farm operations, including pasture, nutrition, health, and feedlot routines
• Conduct technical visit reports to align project status and identify necessary changes in scope
• Monitor billing, key indicators, client satisfaction levels, and portfolio results
• Formulate diets for feedlots and pasture-based systems
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including cash flow monitoring
• Develop projects for pasture fertilization and cultural management

Requirements

• Extensive experience in animal nutrition for ruminants, including familiarity with inputs, commodities, and industry technologies
• Proven experience in feedlot routines and nutrition
• Strong knowledge of pasture management and fertilization projects
• Experience in diet formulation for both feedlots and pasture
• Experience in financial project management and cash flow monitoring
• Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Earth Pro
• Ability to analyze data, define strategies, and monitor performance indicators
