Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue goals through graduate enrollment and sales closing.
• Provide advisory services regarding various courses and educational certificates.
• Perform prospecting, follow-up, and sales closing via telephone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Identify customer needs and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage and document all interactions within CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and SAP systems.
• Support the organization and moderation of events such as meetups, webinars, and conferences.
• Assist in activity calendar planning and database management.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Commerce, or related fields.
• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service and follow-up.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong skills in database management and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of educational models.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills.
