Consultor Conciliación Reservas

Responsibilities

• Reconcile automatically imputed reserves against technical rules and mobile adjuster information (COBA)
• Validate complementary reserves for service providers to ensure they match portal publications and invoices
• Reconcile glass reserve amounts against provider payment requests in the portal
• Generate appropriate reserves for theft claims by reconciling reported cases with confirmed theft area data
• Report on mobile adjuster application usage, pending claim closures, and incident follow-ups

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (completed with certificate)
• Knowledge of administration and office tools (Microsoft Office)
• Understanding of auto insurance coverage and business applications
• Experience in administrative assistance, customer service, or call centers related to auto claims is desirable
