Consultor Comercial

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of the newcomer program to ensure successful integration into the organization
• Coordinate training and provide accompaniment for assigned advisors to ensure sales objectives are met
• Conduct market research and follow-up to detect needs and maintain market knowledge
• Administer and monitor the productivity of advisors within each region to support their professional development

Requirements

• Completed degree (Licenciatura or Ingeniería) in Economic-Administrative sciences
• Proven experience in sales force management and post-sales processes
• Strong skills in planning, control, and database analysis and management
• Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel (Basic level)
• Deep knowledge of commercial methods and product application
