Consultor Administrativo Legal (Soporte) Call center

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking legal guidance in Mexico and Central America.
• Identify client needs regarding legal topics and procedures through proactive inquiry and deep questioning.
• Manage and coordinate attorney schedules and appointments.
• Maintain detailed records and perform continuous follow-up on cases to ensure efficient workflow.
• Handle various communication channels including telephone (switchboard), WhatsApp, and email.
• Perform database management, case registration, and drafting of professional notes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (recent graduates are welcome; professional license is optional).
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in law firms, notary offices, procedure management, or civil organizations.
• Experience in call center environments or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in database management and switchboard operation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
• Ability to work on-site in Colonia Napoles, Mexico City.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
