Consulting Principal

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the vision for the Consulting & Partnerships Division, aligning goals with the firm’s overall strategy
• Spearhead business development efforts to identify new market opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships
• Oversee the negotiation and management of partnership agreements to ensure mutual value creation
• Lead and nurture key client relationships to ensure service delivery exceeds expectations
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement in processes, talent development, and service delivery
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team of consultants, managers, and specialists

Requirements

• Saudi nationality is required
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Consulting, or a related field
• 12-15 years of professional experience in management consulting
• Proven leadership experience in consulting operations, business development, or strategic partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Advanced qualifications in Strategy or Leadership
