Consulting Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic consulting engagements, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in business process optimization, digital transformation, and technology innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends
• Monitor and update project progress, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
• Mentor and develop consulting team members
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Consulting Partner or in a similar senior consulting role
• Expertise in business process optimization, digital transformation, and technology innovation
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and lead multiple projects concurrently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in mentoring and developing consulting team members
• Ability to travel as required by client engagements
