Consulting Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery in business strategy, operational improvement, and digital transformation
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead proposal development and RFP responses across Jordan, UAE, and KSA
• Support government and private sector entities in implementing Excellence Models (EFQM, GEM, DGEP, QGEP, KAQA)
• Provide innovation management consulting to help clients achieve GInI innovation maturity levels
• Design, develop, and deliver corporate training programs and executive workshops
• Lead, mentor, and develop Senior Consultants and project teams to ensure alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with regional offices in Amman and Riyadh to align on strategy and operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable Jordanian government university
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, business development, or strategic advisory
• Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English
• Proven experience in leading consulting projects and client management
• Willingness to travel frequently across the MENA region and relocate based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• EFQM certified assessor
• GInI certified assessor
