About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement cloud-based EPM solutions on Anaplan, Varicent, and Pigment platforms.
- Lead client engagements as the primary solution architect, managing requirements gathering, design, build, and deployment.
- Manage project teams of 3-4 consultants, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Develop complex models supporting Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Territory & Quota Planning (T&Q), Workforce Planning, and FP&A.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mitigate project risks, manage scope, and ensure on-time delivery of implementation milestones.
- Support business development and the growth of the Canadian consulting team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Business).
- Active Anaplan Certified Master Anaplanner credential.
- Pigment and/or Varicent certification.
- 5+ years of EPM consulting experience with direct client-facing responsibility.
- 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan or Varicent implementation experience.
- PMP certification or an equivalent recognized project management credential.
- Proven experience leading project teams of 3+ consultants on multi-month engagements.
- Strong English communication skills for client-facing presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering EPM solutions in regulated industries like healthcare or life sciences.
- Experience implementing multiple Varicent solutions for enterprise clients.
- Expertise across multiple Anaplan use cases (ICM, T&Q, Workforce Planning, FP&A).
- Experience with EPM tool migrations or platform replacements.
