Consulting Manager

Responsibilities

• Support global air consulting project workstreams and lead regional engagements
• Complete multi-workstream engagements using project management methodologies and tools
• Develop hypotheses and identify data to evaluate client needs and provide recommendations
• Analyze airline pricing and inventory management to drive client ROI
• Create high-quality deliverables within established scope and time frames
• Distill complex subject matter into compelling presentations and key messages for clients
• Build strong working relationships with key partners and understand client organizational dynamics

Requirements

• Proven experience and understanding of the airline industry
• Relevant experience in air travel, procurement, or strategic sourcing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including written presentation abilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 20% to meet client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI certification
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting, such as Tableau
