Responsibilities

• Support internal investigations (e.g., suspected fraud, corruption, or other regulatory violations)
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and preparing financial and operational data
• Conduct background research on companies, individuals, or markets
• Create reports, presentations, and working papers for project teams and clients
• Support the review and development of compliance programs
• Perform independent research on legal and regulatory frameworks across various jurisdictions
• Work closely with consultants in day-to-day operations, often in time-critical situations

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program or a recent Master's graduate from a renowned university with very good grades
• Initial practical experience from internships (in a compliance-related field) or university engagements
• Proficiency in MS Office, with very good Excel skills
• Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
• Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial understanding, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, team player, and ability to take responsibility quickly
