Responsibilities

• Support the development of the GPS AT team and public tenders (preparing offers/RFP responses, researching requirements, and coordinating documents)
• Assist in executing projects within the public administration sector
• Support the creation of reports and presentations for public clients
• Conduct research on current political developments, legislative projects, and their impacts
• Assist in preparing and conducting workshops or events with various stakeholders
• Support project progress monitoring and reporting to public clients
• Assist in the elaboration of study results

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in business or technology with a focus on Sales, Public Relations, or similar
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• IT affinity and passion for driving new technologies
• Independent and committed way of working
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
