Consulting Engineer HVAC

Responsibilities

• Design of HVAC technical systems for new builds and rehabilitation projects
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from feasibility studies and early phases to detailed design
• Follow up during construction phases
• Perform condition analyses of existing systems
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in HVAC consulting
• Solid competence in Revit
• Experience with tools such as IDA ICE and SIMIEN is preferred
• Bachelor's degree from a college or university
• Strong written and oral skills in Norwegian
• Solution-oriented and able to work both independently and in teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of BREEAM
• Interest in sustainability certification schemes
