Responsibilities
- Manage teams that support clients across a range of industries and functions
- Lead day-to-day execution of projects
- Oversee the collection and preparation of research & analysis
- Advise and present insights to senior client executives
- Manage and mentor Associates and Analysts
Requirements
- 4 - 8 years of work experience
- 2 - 4 years at a leading consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, or BCG)
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in developing and delivering client presentations
- Experience in consulting business development and proposal creation
- Ability to lead teams across multiple functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Sector experience in financial services, retail/consumer, private equity, or tech/media/telecom
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD, PhD) from a top-tier institution
