Consulting Director-Salesforce Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce solution architecture and technical direction across complex client engagements
• Drive revenue growth by leading and securing complex Salesforce opportunities for high-value clients
• Shape ERM’s Salesforce architecture standards, solution governance, and delivery excellence
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, from solution design through execution and optimization
• Mentor and develop Salesforce architects and consultants to strengthen global capability
• Contribute to the innovation of ERM’s Salesforce-enabled digital services and client offerings
• Represent ERM at key client, industry, and Salesforce ecosystem events

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect leading enterprise-scale implementations
• Deep hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proven experience in solution architecture, technical delivery governance, and managing technical risk
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales pursuits, proposal development, and client presentations
• Ability to engage confidently with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
• Track record of meeting billability targets and delivering high-value consulting services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments
• Salesforce certifications such as Technical Architect, Application Architect, or Integration Architecture Designer
• Experience contributing to thought leadership, industry speaking, or technical publications
• Exposure to sustainability, ESG, digital platforms, or complex regulatory environments
