Consulting Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape complex client engagements across strategy, transformation and technology domains
• Engage with customers to frame problems, challenge assumptions and shape thinking
• Support presales activity including value framing, solution shaping, and proposal development
• Partner with sales, delivery, and platform teams to build compelling value propositions
• Model strong consulting craft by bringing structure to ambiguous client challenges
• Coach and uplift consulting capability across the team through direct engagement
• Contribute to the development of new consulting offerings including AI and digital transformation
• Support growth of the AU consulting practice through relationship development

Requirements

• Deep consulting experience with strong hands-on delivery in complex transformations at scale
• Demonstrated ability to create structure and clarity around client outcomes
• Strong presales and consulting origination capability
• Proven ability to influence without authority and uplift others through coaching
• Comfortable operating across strategy, technology, and transformation conversations with senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
• 10+ years’ experience in the Australian consulting or advisory market is highly desirable
