Consulting Associate Principal

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements across strategic and transformation projects
• Develop and design high-level strategic solutions tailored to client needs
• Act as a key advisor to senior client stakeholders and decision-makers
• Oversee project teams to ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment with scope
• Drive business development efforts including proposals, client pitches, and opportunity identification
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients and partners
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the firm’s strategic direction
• Mentor and guide consulting team members to support capability development
• Support revenue growth and ensure successful execution of commercial targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10–15+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles
• Strong background in management consulting or Big 4 / strategy firms
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or government projects
• Strong client management and executive stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Must hold Saudi nationality
