Consulting Associate

Responsibilities

• Support and lead consulting engagements, working both with managers and independently
• Act as a key client contact to drive communication and stakeholder alignment
• Guide clients to achieve project objectives on time and within budget
• Analyze complex data to identify challenges and turn insights into actionable recommendations
• Contribute to diverse topics including sourcing, expense management, and spend optimization
• Develop and implement data-driven, impactful strategies for clients

Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing or consulting environment
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into storytelling
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including senior stakeholder engagement
• Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of travel data, including TMC, airlines, hotels, corporate cards, and expense data
