Consulting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support multi-work stream engagements by prioritizing client requests and managing project plans and issue logs.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand complex business needs, develop hypotheses, and identify relevant data for evaluation.
• Compile and link large datasets from various sources to create comprehensive reports and solutions.
• Support RFP processes, including the interpretation of requirements and the development of data models.
• Perform data normalization, error correction, and the creation of scenario-based models.
• Translate complex information into easy-to-understand, client-facing presentations and deliverables.
• Manage project risks and issues throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, business administration, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience within a business travel or consulting organization.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel and MS Access.
• Strong analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
• Experience with hotel strategy, sourcing, or optimization within the travel industry.
• Proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization solutions.
• Experience managing hotel programs through platforms such as Cvent (Lanyon).
• Knowledge of SQL.
