Responsibilities

• Researching client organizations and industries including financial services, consumer goods, and tech
• Identifying client issues related to growth, product positioning, and operational efficiency
• Creating hypotheses and collecting data from financial statements, KPIs, and industry metrics
• Analyzing large quantitative data sets and building advanced financial models using Excel
• Interviewing subject matter experts and conducting focus groups for qualitative insights
• Preparing detailed PowerPoint presentations and business memos for C-Suite executives
• Developing pilots and outlining project plans to implement strategic recommendations
• Contributing to the development of company intellectual property

Requirements

• 1-3 years of work experience at a management consulting firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field with business/accounting/finance coursework
• Proven record of leadership
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in structured analysis, financial modeling, or statistical experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Permanent US work authorization required
