About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor for existing customers to identify infrastructure, security, and IT operation opportunities
- Build strong relationships with decision makers, IT leaders, and executives
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer workflows and business objectives
- Recommend tailored cloud, cybersecurity, and managed IT services solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management in HubSpot CRM
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or consultative solution selling
- Experience selling cloud services, managed IT, infrastructure, or SaaS products
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Proficiency in managing pipelines and CRM activities
- Ability to travel 25%-50% for customer meetings and events
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with manufacturing, engineering, or architecture environments
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
