About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development within assigned accounts
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
  • Lead proposal development in collaboration with internal teams
  • Define competitive pricing and solutions aligned with client needs
  • Build strong client relationships and support deal closure

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving targets
  • Experience in a CRO, life sciences company, or consulting (life sciences focus preferred)
  • Project management experience, including client negotiations
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%
