Consultant/Specialist Gastrointestinal Surgeon

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans including surgical interventions
• Perform complex gastrointestinal surgeries with a high standard of care, emphasizing minimally invasive techniques
• Manage patient care before, during, and after surgery to ensure effective recovery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures, risks, and recovery processes
• Maintain precise documentation and comply with all healthcare regulations and institutional policies

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD) from a recognized institution and completion of General Surgery residency
• Fellowship or specialized training in Gastrointestinal Surgery
• Valid medical license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Surgeon
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in gastrointestinal surgical practice
• Proficiency in advanced and minimally invasive gastrointestinal surgical techniques
• Fluency in English
