Consultant/Senior Consultant – Financial Markets

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition of transformation roadmaps (organization, digital, data)
• Participate in defining target operating models, processes, and organizations
• Analyze existing organizations, processes, and tools
• Identify improvement areas and formulate concrete recommendations
• Produce deliverables and facilitate workshops
• Support project management including monitoring, coordination, and risk management
• Interact with diverse stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance
• Participate in pre-sales activities and offer development

Requirements

• Master's degree (EPF, HEC, or equivalent)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, transformation, or within a Swiss financial institution
• Experience in project environments (business analysis, coordination, transformation)
• Strong understanding of the financial sector (wealth management, asset management, financial markets)
• Ability to structure, analyze, and produce high-quality deliverables
• Strong interpersonal skills with business and IT stakeholders
• Fluency in English (C1 level required)
• Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate quickly
• Required experience in private banking and/or asset management in Switzerland
