Responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work on client loyalty and ensure contract renewals
• Execute analytical projects to meet client needs using standard and new analysis models
• Identify commercial opportunities to grow company revenue
• Support management in creating new data monetization models and third-party partnerships
• Provide actionable insights for Category Management, shopper behavior, and Supply Chain projects

Requirements

• Master's degree from an Engineering or Business school
• Approximately 3 years of experience in consulting, data, or client relationship management
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data
• Solid knowledge or experience in the retail/GMS sector
• Proficiency in Data and analytical topics
• Ideally, knowledge of Category Management or GSA data
• Bilingual in English
