Responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work on client loyalty and contract renewals
• Execute analytical projects to meet client needs using standard and new analysis models
• Identify commercial opportunities to grow company revenue
• Support management in creating new data monetization models and third-party partnerships
• Collaborate with CPG, Tech, and Sales teams to provide expert support and insights

Requirements

• Master's degree from an Engineering or Business school
• Approximately 3 years of experience in consulting, data, or client relationship management
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data
• Solid knowledge or experience in the retail/GMS sector
• Familiarity with Category Management or GSA data
• Bilingual in English
• Proactive, agile, and reactive mindset
