Responsibilities

• Work on cross-functional projects within interdisciplinary teams in Germany and abroad
• Develop innovative consulting approaches regarding strategy, reorganization, and operational excellence
• Analyze complex data sets to develop actionable concepts and strategies
• Prepare and independently conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Develop and present project results to internal and external customers

Requirements

• Master's degree from a recognized university
• Specialist internship experience within the automotive or consulting industry
• Practical experience working in intercultural environments
• German language proficiency at C1 level
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to comprehend complex information quickly
