About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams of Associates and Life Sciences Consultants
- Interact with clients to understand problems and develop hypotheses
- Structure complex strategic and analytical problems
- Execute and synthesize analyses into key findings and actionable recommendations
- Participate in delivering recommendations to clients
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in top-tier consulting or the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industries
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in US pharmaceuticals pricing or market access
- Experience with payer access control, channel intermediaries, or gross-to-net management
- Proven analytic and presentation skills
- Team management and project management experience
- Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or post-graduate degree
- Expertise in ASP modeling and contract strategy development
