Consultant Urologist

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients with urinary calculi and prostate disorders, including benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer
• Perform diagnostic procedures such as cystoscopy, prostate biopsies, and imaging interpretation
• Carry out surgical interventions including lithotripsy, prostatectomy, and minimally invasive urological surgeries
• Develop individual treatment plans tailored to patient needs and monitor progress
• Collaborate with nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide patient education and counseling regarding urological conditions and preventive measures
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization and board certification in Urology
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant Gulf region
• Proven experience in managing urinary stone disease and prostate conditions
• Advanced skills in endoscopic and minimally invasive urological surgeries
• Strong diagnostic abilities and clinical judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work successfully within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
