Responsibilities

• Design and implement Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Data Governance frameworks aligned with industry standards like DAMA and DCAM.
• Lead data profiling, quality checks, scoring, and remediation across various business domains.
• Drive data readiness for ERP migrations, including cleansing, harmonization, and legacy-to-modern mapping.
• Define governance standards for master data domains such as Vendor, Customer, Product, and Finance.
• Implement MDM processes, including standardization, deduplication, and validation.
• Develop metadata catalogs, lineage, glossaries, and metamodels.
• Prepare enterprise data for AI and GenAI use cases by identifying governance and quality gaps.
• Partner with business and IT teams to automate data processes using ETL tools, APIs, and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in Data Governance, EDM, Data Quality, and MDM.
• Proven experience in ERP transformations and legacy data remediation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one governance or metadata tool such as Informatica, Talend, Alation, MS Purview, Axon, or Collibra.
• Understanding of ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Preferred Qualifications

• CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) certification.
• Exposure to supply chain, procurement, finance, or vendor/customer data domains.
• Familiarity with cloud analytics and data warehousing tools like Snowflake, Azure, or Power BI.
