Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work on advisory engagements to improve how organisations manage and optimise real estate portfolios
• Provide best-practice advice and hands-on support to clients in establishing and transforming portfolio-level programs
• Identify and assess portfolio-wide opportunities to improve cost efficiency and delivery outcomes
• Facilitate structured governance forums to ensure clear decisions and actions
• Translate opportunities into well-defined initiative scopes, including commercial rationale and delivery approach
• Support the handover of initiatives to delivery teams and track progress and risks
• Develop tracking and reporting frameworks to monitor key outcomes and benefits
• Lead workstreams of moderate complexity within integrated teams

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in management consulting, business management, engineering, construction, procurement, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a consulting role or within real estate, infrastructure, or portfolio management
• Experience providing advice in real estate, property, or asset portfolio environments
• Understanding of portfolio optimisation and cross-asset initiatives
• Experience working within or alongside PMO or governance environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement
