About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Tuberculosis Preventive Treatment (TPT) services at assigned private clinical hubs
  • Coordinate virtual clinic operations, including tele-consultation scheduling, digital consent, and e-prescription workflows
  • Facilitate patient enrollment in Ni-kshay registers and manage diagnostic service coordination (X-ray, IGRA, and NAAT testing)
  • Oversee TPT drug dispensation, maintain stock registers, and coordinate doorstep delivery for eligible beneficiaries
  • Monitor patient adherence using digital tools like TB Arogya Saathi and conduct tele-health checks to screen for adverse reactions
  • Perform community outreach and home visits for drug dispensing, counseling, and adherence support
  • Record all field activities in ODK-based monitoring tools and maintain accurate data for KPI tracking
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with facility providers, staff, and district NTEP teams

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Social Work, Nursing, Life Sciences, Public Health, or an equivalent field
  • 3-5 years of experience in community health programs, TB programs, or patient counseling and adherence support
  • Experience working at the facility or community level with exposure to NTEP operations
  • Proficiency in using mobile data collection tools (ODK) and basic smartphone applications
  • Fluency in local languages (Marathi for Mumbai-based roles or Odia for Odisha-based roles), Hindi, and basic English
  • Willingness to travel extensively (60-70% of the time) for facility and home visits in urban or rural settings
