Consultant, Technical Solutions

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical architectures for MES/MOM solutions and Industrial DataOps platforms
• Translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs
• Lead hands-on implementation using Ignition, Sepasoft MES modules, and MQTT brokers
• Configure MES modules including production tracking, OEE, quality, and traceability
• Design and implement Unified Namespace (UNS) architectures and data pipelines
• Integrate MES/MOM solutions with ERP, SCADA, PLCs, and analytics platforms
• Perform scripting and development using Python and SQL
• Lead unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing
• Manage technical projects under $100K including scope and schedule
• Mentor junior technical consultants and participate in code reviews
• Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations and technical estimation

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in industrial automation, MES/MOM, or manufacturing IT
• Proven hands-on experience with Ignition and/or Sepasoft
• Experience implementing multiple MES functional modules
• Experience with enterprise and shop-floor system integration
• Strong SQL and Python scripting capabilities
• Understanding of ISA-95 and manufacturing data standards
• Experience with data modeling and performance optimization
