About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated primary point of contact for the United States Government, providing onsite support 5 days per week at the customer site.
  • Manage custom contractual service and support requirements in accordance with the customer Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Coordinate technical resolution, resource management, and communications for warranty services on a 24x7x365 basis.
  • Collaborate with account teams to design, install, and integrate Dell Technologies solutions, ensuring end-to-end planning and sustainment.
  • Develop and maintain tailored customer support plans and provide feedback on observed or known technical issues.
  • Contribute to the development of warranty and maintenance strategies, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Department of Energy (DOE) site access.
  • Strong technical expertise with Dell Technologies hardware, including PowerEdge platforms, iDRAC, and OpenManage.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale HPC or high-density compute systems, including knowledge of CPU/GPU topology and interconnects.
  • Deep knowledge of NVIDIA GPU compute and networking technologies (e.g., H100/H200-class GPUs, NVLink, and InfiniBand).
  • Advanced Linux system administration skills, including CLI troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance tuning in HPC environments.
  • Strong project and operations management experience, including coordinating deployments and firmware updates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with high-performance networking technologies such as RoCE/RDMA and advanced fabric diagnostics.
  • Experience with Linux-based HPC clusters and provisioning frameworks like xCAT, Bright, or Warewulf.
  • Background in out-of-band management (OpenBMC, Redfish) and hardware-level diagnostics.
