About the role
Responsibilities
- Study property tax assessments, office taxes, and business property contributions to identify and apply optimization levers
- Draft technical conclusions and present findings to client management (CFO, CEO, etc.)
- Prepare and manage formal claims and follow up on them with the administration
- Maintain and manage databases and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
- Contribute to revenue objectives and the continuous improvement of internal processes
Requirements
- Master's degree (Engineer-Surveyor or Cadastre School)
- Strong technical and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to various stakeholders
