About the Company

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support to users
• Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents related to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
• Manage user access including creation, modification, and deletion of accounts and rights
• Administer permissions and roles within the tool
• Support users in learning and using the tools
• Track and process requests via a ticketing tool
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and tools
• Write documentation and usage procedures

Requirements

• Knowledge of PLM tools, ideally 3DEXPERIENCE
• Understanding of business processes (industry, product data management)
• Knowledge of access and permission management (IAM, roles, rights)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in IT tools and information systems
• Strong writing skills
• Higher education in IT, engineering, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• First experience in support or a PLM environment
• Interest in digital tools and new technologies
