Consultant Support NX/Teamcenter

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 and 2 user support for NX and Teamcenter
• Support change management and adoption of new tools
• Lead training sessions and user coaching
• Provide functional and technical assistance for field issues
• Write documentation and user guides
• Report and track incidents and improvement requests
• Participate in tool deployment and stabilization phases

Requirements

• Mastery of Teamcenter and Siemens NX tools
• Experience in user support and change management
• Ability to train and coach users
• Knowledge of PLM and CAD environments
• Proficiency in French (B2 level)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Siemens solutions
• Experience in digital tool deployment
• Knowledge of engineering and product processes
