Consultant - Supplier Performance and Governance

Responsibilities

• Maintain a robust metrics and performance measurement framework to capture relevant data for all EVM functions and 3rd party vendor partnerships.
• Act as the custodian of master data for contractually binding SLAs, KPIs, and key risk indicators to support effective contractual compliance.
• Regularly audit vendor documentation and data, including SLA information, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation, and annual contractual deliverables.
• Develop and maintain spend profiles, savings profiles, and financial performance tracking for critical enterprise vendors.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of vendor invoices or credits and resolve discrepancies collaboratively with service recipients.
• Leverage data analytics and BI tools to extract data-driven insights, trends, and recommendations for executive reporting.
• Support the contract change process and ensure adherence to ethical standards and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management, performance management, or contracts management.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics.
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Familiarity with vendor contracts and contractual obligations.
• Proven ability to manage service levels (SLAs) and KPIs.
• Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint.
• Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
