Consultant Stagiaire Transaction Services

Responsibilities

• Advise large groups, SMEs, and investment funds on acquisition, partnership, divestment, or financing projects.
• Perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence and conduct preliminary target diagnostics.
• Assist in data room management and optimize divestment/separation processes.
• Model the accounting effects of transactions for acquirers.
• Support the definition of contractual terms and price adjustment mechanisms.
• Assist in takeover bids (OPA) and analyze transaction risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a top business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in Finance.
• Mandatory previous experience (6-month internship or 1-year apprenticeship) in M&A, Transaction Services, or Private Equity.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of a third language is a plus).
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
