Consultant Stagiaire Transaction Services

Responsibilities

• Advise large groups, SMEs, and investment funds on acquisitions, partnerships, divestments, or financing projects in national and international environments.
• Support clients in analyzing risks and opportunities related to transactions, translating them into value, contractual guarantees, or post-acquisition strategies.
• Elaborate buy-side and sell-side due diligence and perform preliminary target diagnostics.
• Assist in data room management and optimize divestment/separation processes.
• Model the accounting effects of transactions for acquirers and assist in takeover bids (OPA).

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree from a top business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program in finance.
• Mandatory previous experience (6-month internship or 1-year apprenticeship) in M&A, Transaction Services, or Private Equity.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of a third language is a plus).
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Rigor, proactivity, and a strong sense of teamwork.
