Consultant Stagiaire Strategy Customer & Operations

Responsibilities

• Perform performance and maturity diagnostics for major clients and mid-cap companies
• Conduct field observations and detailed analyses
• Participate in client interviews and project meetings
• Handle synthesis work and prepare formal recommendations
• Assist in the construction and implementation of strategic solutions
• Support the deployment of digital solutions and change management initiatives
• Learn and apply project team methodologies and tools

Requirements

• Final year student at an engineering or business school (Grande École or Specialized Master)
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• High level of intellectual curiosity and adaptability
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team
• Fluent in English (both written and oral)
• Willingness to travel within France (e.g., Paris, Lyon)
