About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform performance and maturity diagnostics for major clients and mid-cap companies
- Conduct field observations and detailed analyses
- Participate in client interviews and project meetings
- Handle synthesis work and prepare formal recommendations
- Assist in the construction and implementation of strategic solutions
- Support the deployment of digital solutions and change management initiatives
- Learn and apply project team methodologies and tools
Requirements
- Final year student at an engineering or business school (Grande École or Specialized Master)
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- High level of intellectual curiosity and adaptability
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team
- Fluent in English (both written and oral)
- Willingness to travel within France (e.g., Paris, Lyon)
