Responsibilities

• Prevent professional risks, specifically psychosocial risks
• Contribute to the improvement of quality of life at work (QVT)
• Design and implement organizational transformation projects
• Strengthen organizational agility and new ways of working
• Support public sector agents, managers, and elected officials through public transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in work, social, or clinical psychology
• Previous experience in consulting (internship or apprenticeship)
• Experience working with the public or parapublic sectors
• Strong oral communication skills and ability to build trust with clients
• Rigor, high standards, and reactivity
