Consultant/Specialist Radiologist

Responsibilities

• Interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy
• Provide accurate and timely radiology reports to support clinical decision-making
• Perform and/or supervise imaging procedures while ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety
• Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams to guide patient management
• Conduct image-guided procedures such as biopsies and drainages where applicable
• Ensure strict adherence to radiation safety standards and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
• Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and continuous education activities

Requirements

• Board certification in Radiology (e.g., ABR, FRCR, European Board, RANZCR, Arab Board, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years of post-specialist or post-board certification experience
• Eligibility for DOH, DHA, or MOH licensing in the UAE
• Expertise in interpreting X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with clinical teams and communicating critical findings
