Consultant/Specialist Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal management
• Manage normal and high-risk pregnancies, including fetal monitoring and risk assessment
• Perform vaginal deliveries and caesarean sections as clinically required
• Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions, including hormonal disorders and reproductive health issues
• Perform gynecologic surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and laparoscopic interventions
• Conduct screening and preventive services, such as cervical cancer screening
• Provide family planning, contraception counseling, and fertility guidance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neonatologists, radiologists, and anesthesiologists
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience post-specialist or board certification
• Recognized specialist qualification (e.g., American Board, MRCOG, FRCOG, European Board, FRANZCOG, or equivalent)
• Eligibility for DOH, DHA, or MOH licensing in the UAE
