Consultant/Specialist Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal management
• Manage normal and high-risk pregnancies, including fetal monitoring and risk assessment
• Perform vaginal deliveries and caesarean sections when clinically required
• Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions, hormonal disorders, and reproductive health issues
• Perform gynecologic surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and laparoscopic interventions
• Conduct screening and preventive services, such as cervical cancer screening
• Provide family planning services, contraception counseling, and fertility guidance
• Collaborate with neonatologists, radiologists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience post specialist or board certification
• Recognized specialist qualification such as American Board, MRCOG, FRCOG, European Board, or equivalent
• Eligibility for DOH, DHA, or MOH licensing in the UAE
