About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide rapid assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with acute medical, surgical, and traumatic conditions
- Stabilize patients experiencing life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological conditions
- Perform emergency medical procedures such as airway management, intubation, resuscitation, and wound management
- Lead advanced life support and resuscitation efforts, including cardiac arrest and trauma response
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and specialist physicians for patient admission, referral, or discharge planning
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records in accordance with regulatory standards
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based emergency care protocols and patient safety guidelines
- Support efficient patient flow and triage processes to optimize department performance
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience post specialist or board certification
- Recognized specialist qualification such as American Board, UK CCT, FRCEM, MRCEM, European Board, Royal College Certification, Australian Fellowship, Arab Board, or MD/DNB/FNB/FCPS
- Eligibility for DHA, DOH, or MOH license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary hospital environment
