About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide global engineering thought leadership on infrastructure, tools, processes, and business management opportunities
- Drive compliance with cybersecurity and other related policies and standards
- Build dashboards and reports translating data into insights
- Develop toolkits and communications to drive transformation and promote change adoption
Requirements
- 12+ years in a senior engineering leadership role
- 3+ years in a cybersecurity or compliance role
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Experience partnering with leaders on architecture initiatives
- Comfort with integration/platform tooling and BI
- Clear communication and professional presence
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience
- Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience
- PhD with 5+ years of related experience
- Understanding of systems integration industry
- PMP or ITIL Foundation certification
